Plc Rescue warranties all products sold to be in good working order and free from defects for 12 month (1 year) after the purchase date. If an item is found to be defective within this time frame, the purchaser may return the item to Plc Rescue for testing. If the item is found by Plc Rescue to be defective, Plc Rescue will repair or replace the item for no charge. A full refund will be issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We do not cover products if they become defective from external factors like accidents, natural disasters, power surges, improper usage, insufficient maintenance, acts of God, or vandalism.

For products to be eligible for a warranty return, you must meet these conditions:

• You have a purchase receipt or proof of purchase
• The products must be defective from internal factors (i.e. components)
• The products are returned within 1 year after the purchase date

Non-Warranty Returns will only be accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. If you need to make a non-warranty return claim, please contact us at support@plcrescue.com.

All items must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by an RMA number. Non-warranty returns incur a 25% restocking fee. New items must be returned in the same condition as shipped or face additional fees.

• The products were delivered in the last 30 days
• All products must be returned in the same condition you received them

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the unit has not shipped from Plc Rescue's location or a vendor location.

• Orders canceled after shipment may incur a 25% restocking fee for non-warranty returns.
• Plc Rescue does not refund shipping charges.
